To benefit from the full range of the available data we’re leveraging business intelligence technology to analyze drivers and dynamics within our credit book and to provide value added and actionable insight to our senior management and internal stakeholders. Beyond this, we’re providing business management services to our management covering a broad range of activities and are engaged in projects supporting the ambition of our credit franchise. To support us in this interesting and challenging task we’re looking for a motivated and skilled team member with good experience with business intelligence tools.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Build new and improve existing Credit Dashboards with BI tools (Tableau / Power BI)

  • Generating credit reports / data aggregation for risk based management reporting for senior management, Board of Directors and regulators

  • Analyses and reports for Chief Credit Officer and other stakeholders

  • Further improve the credit control landscape and perform various controlling tasks

  • Support the team in further automation of the reporting

  • Support Head of Credit Management Office & Controls in various tasks and ongoing projects

YOUR PROFILE

  • Enhanced Credit / Risk know-how or 2 - 3 years of work experience in a credit or risk controlling department is a strong plus

  • 2 - 3 years’ experience in reporting related function (incl. data extraction and analysis) would be beneficial

  • University degree (ideally in banking, finance or business informatics

  • High IT affinity and good knowledge in data management

  • Experienced user of BI tools (Tableau and/or Power BI)

  • VBA, SQL, MS Access, R, Python is a big asset

  • Very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) are indispensable

  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)

  • Very good analytical skills

  • Flair for numbers and IT, as well as exact and independent working also under time pressure

  • High level of motivation and self-initiative
